do88 Charge Pipe Kit - Volvo P1 (C30/C70/S40/V50) 2004-2013 - Black

These pressure pipes replace the factory charge piping between the turbocharger, the intercooler and the throttle body on the 2.5 litre five-cylinder T5. The pipe is 2.5 in extruded aluminum, mandrel bent in one piece to shape. do88 measures 465 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop against 403 CFM for the OEM pipe, 15 percent higher, verified both on the car and on its own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench. This version is built with black silicone hoses carrying four layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement, and the kit contains the aluminum pipe, three hoses, six hose clamps and the mounting details.
