do88 Cold Air Intake System - BMW M240i (G42) / M340i (G20) 2018-2026

This is do88's fully sealed intake system for the B58 Gen 2 in the layout that connects straight to the original plastic turbo inlet. A 7 inch sealed airbox with a heat shield and a secondary air feed keeps intake air temperatures down next to the exhaust manifold, and the carbon intake tube starts at 105mm (4.1 in) before tapering into the turbo inlet. do88 measured a 15% airflow increase over the factory intake on their SuperFlow SF1020 flow bench, and 23% when their optional turbo inlet is added. The densely knitted cotton gauze filter is washable and reusable, and the system omits the two factory sound silencers so turbo spool is audible.
