do88 Cold Air Intake System - BMW S55 (F80/F82/F87) 2015-2020

The S55 feeds its two turbochargers through a pair of small OE panel filters that restrict airflow once the engine is tuned. do88 replaces both boxes with fully enclosed housings built around a 3D scan of the engine bay, each carrying a large BMC double cone filter, plus 76mm (3 in) mandrel-bent seamless aluminum tubing routed with as few bends as possible. Rubber-sealed heat shields and polycarbonate lids keep engine bay heat out of the filters. Flow testing shows 769 CFM at 0.025 bar (0.36 psi) pressure drop against 678 CFM for the OE setup, 13 percent higher, and dyno work on a BootMod3 Stage 1 (93) car returned +10 hp peak with up to +20 hp and +40 Nm in the mid range.
