do88 High-Flow Plenum for 997.1 Throttle Body - Porsche 911 Turbo / GT2 (996) 2001-2005

do88 replaces the T-shaped OEM 996 Turbo plenum with a Y-shaped cast aluminum plenum, so charge air splits toward both intake manifolds without the abrupt change of direction the factory casting forces. It is built to run with the Porsche 997.1 Turbo throttle body, whose 74mm bore takes over from the 68mm OEM 996 throttle body that becomes a restriction above 700 hp. The casting has CNC-machined hose connections and a smooth interior surface, and two silicone hoses are supplied so the plenum mates to either the do88 TR-360 Y-pipe or the OEM Y-pipe. do88 developed the internal Y geometry with CFD flow simulation and flow-bench testing of 3D-printed models on its SuperFlow SF-1020 bench.
