do88 Intercooler Kit - Porsche 911 Turbo / Turbo S (992.1) 2020-2024

Complete charge cooling upgrade for the 992.1 Turbo, built on motorsport grade Garrett bar-and-plate cores 105 mm (4 in) thick with thin, densely stacked fins. Freeform cast aluminum end tanks carry machined 70 mm (2.75 in) connections, and both cores feed a central outlet tank towards the inlet manifold. Vacuum infused prepreg carbon ambient air guides replace the factory ducts to clear the thicker core and seal to the body. do88 measured 799 CFM at 0.125 bar (1.81 psi) pressure drop against 740 CFM for the OE assembly, 8 percent higher, and a 12°C (21.6°F) lower inlet air temperature over four consecutive full-throttle runs in a 757 hp Turbo S. The outlet tank carries two 1/8 NPT bungs for water/methanol injection.
