The do88 charge cooler manifold replaces the factory plastic intake manifold and integrated charge cooler on the B58 Gen 2 with an aluminum manifold, cast end tanks and a Garrett Motorsport bar and plate air to water core. The core is 102mm thick with 11 water rows against 6 on the OE unit, increasing airflow and cooling capacity, and the kit includes a thermal barrier spacer and 12 FKM silicone O-rings. do88 measured 874 CFM against 595 CFM for the OE manifold at 0.1 bar pressure drop and intake air at 23 C against 41 C. The MERA version adds an auxiliary fuel rail with AN-8 inlet for ID1050x or Bosch EV14 Compact injectors (injectors not included), along with blanking plugs, 1/8 in NPT sensor ports, bleed ports and the OE throttle body reused on the new manifold.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
