do88 MERA Intercooler Kit for do88 Y-Pipe - Porsche 911 Turbo (991) 2013-2019

Upgrade side-mount intercoolers for the 991 Turbo, built around freeform cast aluminum end tanks that spread charge air across the full core. Machined 70 mm (2 3/4 in) connections and CFD-developed silicone hoses remove the OE restrictions, with the turbo-outlet hoses in a high-temp compound rated to 240°C (464°F) continuous. Custom carbon fiber ambient air guides seal to the body so cooling air cannot bypass the core. do88 measured 726 CFM at 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop against 607 CFM for the OE setup, a 19 percent gain, and a 17°C (30.6°F) lower inlet air temperature over five consecutive full-throttle runs in a Stage 1 tuned 991. Each intercooler weighs 8.5 kg (18.74 lb). This version ships with the hose set for the do88 63 mm Y-pipe.
