do88 MERA Intercooler Kit for do88 Y-Pipe - Porsche 911 Turbo (997.2) 2010-2012

The do88 MERA kit replaces both factory intercoolers on the 997.2 Turbo with Garrett motorsport grade bar-and-plate cores and 3D freeform designed cast end tanks. On do88 test data the complete system flows 700 CFM at 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop against 564 CFM for the OEM setup, a 24 percent increase, and charge temperature measured 37 degrees C against 55 degrees C over five back to back full throttle runs from 50 to 250 km/h. Connections are 70 mm throughout, so new silicone hoses are supplied for all four positions, with the turbo compressor outlet hoses rated to 240 degrees C continuous. Purpose designed carbon fibre air guides replace the upper factory ducting and seal the core to the body so cooling air cannot bypass it. Each cooler weighs 8.45 kg against 3.3 kg for the OEM unit. This version carries the hoses for the 70 mm do88 Y-pipe.
