do88 MERA Intercooler Kit for OEM Y-Pipe - Porsche 911 Turbo (996) 2001-2005

Upgrade intercoolers for the 996 Turbo, using freeform cast aluminum end tanks with machined 70 mm (2 3/4 in) hose connections in place of the restrictive OE necks. New CFD-developed silicone hoses are supplied for every position, with the turbo-outlet hoses in a high-temp compound rated to 240°C (464°F) continuous, and custom carbon fiber ambient air guides seal against the body so cooling air is forced through the core. do88 measured 258 CFM at 0.075 bar (1.09 psi) pressure drop against 206 CFM for the OE setup, 25 percent higher, and inlet air temperature of 25°C (77°F) against 66°C (151°F), a 41°C (105.8°F) reduction over three consecutive full-throttle runs in a Stage 1 tuned 996. This version ships with the hose set for the OEM Y-pipe.
