Drop-in replacement intercooler for the BMW F2x and F3x platform, welded entirely from aluminum with continuous welds. The core carries 15208 cm3 of volume against 6831 cm3 for the M2 OE unit, 123 percent more, and flows 490 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop where the OE part flows 414 CFM, an 18 percent gain. do88 measured post-intercooler air temperature of 35°C against 57°C on the OE cooler under the same conditions. It fits the factory location with no cutting and ships with bolts, washers and installation instructions.
