do88 Performance Intercooler - SAAB 9-5 (B205/B235) 1998-2010

do88 built this replacement intercooler around an 11,803 cm3 core against 6,379 cm3 for the original, an 85 percent increase in core volume. On do88 test data it flows 296 CFM at 0.15 bar pressure drop versus 227 CFM for the OE cooler, and charge temperature after the core measured 32 degrees C against 53 degrees C under the same conditions. Construction is all aluminium with CAD designed, flow optimized cast end tanks, replacing the plastic tanks of the original that cannot take higher boost for sustained periods. All mounting points needed for installation are included.
