do88 built this replacement intercooler around a 13,959 cm3 core against 6,532 cm3 for the original, a 114 percent increase in core volume. On do88 test data it flows 372 CFM at 0.15 bar pressure drop versus 342 CFM for the OE cooler, and charge temperature after the core measured 31 degrees C against 53 degrees C under the same conditions. It is built entirely in aluminium with fully welded seams and is packaged to fit the original location with no modification to the car. Screws, washers, mounting brackets and fitting instructions are supplied.
