do88 Performance Intercooler - Volvo S60/V60/XC60 2009-2018

This do88 performance intercooler is a direct drop-in upgrade for turbocharged and diesel Volvo S60, V60 and XC60 models, requiring no cutting or modification. The all-aluminum core is fully continuous-welded and holds 11,022 cm3, about 69 percent more volume than the OEM unit, while flowing 353 CFM at 0.15 bar. In do88's testing it lowers post-intercooler air temperature to around 31 degrees C, roughly 14 degrees C cooler than stock. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
