This is the genuine do88 service filter for the LF-260 intake system, not a stand-alone intake. The element uses the same densely knitted cotton gauze as the filter supplied with the kit and is washable and reusable, so it can be cleaned rather than replaced. do88 recommend cleaning every 10,000 km with a cleaner made for cotton air filters. It ships without filter oil applied, so cotton filter oil is recommended if the car sees dusty conditions.
