This silicone hose links the intercooler pipe to the intake manifold on the Saab 9-5 1.9 TiD, in the routing used on cars fitted with the large 85Ah battery. Each hose is built entirely from silicone with three to five reinforcement layers depending on inner diameter, so it holds boost pressure and heat far longer than the original rubber part, which typically hardens and cracks with age. This kit adds an inner layer of fluorosilicone rubber for extra chemical resistance and service life. It replaces Saab part number 12762043. Matching do88 hose clamp kits are sold separately.
