This silicone hose takes cooled charge air off the intercooler outlet on the Saab 9-5 1.9 TiD. Each hose is built entirely from silicone with three to five reinforcement layers depending on inner diameter, so it holds boost pressure and heat far longer than the original rubber part, which typically hardens and cracks with age. This kit adds an inner layer of fluorosilicone rubber for extra chemical resistance and service life. It replaces Saab part numbers 12755944 and 12762043. Matching do88 hose clamp kits are sold separately.
