This five-piece kit replaces the entire charge air path on the P80 petrol turbo Volvos, from the turbo outlet through the intercooler pipe, intercooler inlet and outlet, and on to the throttle body. Each hose is built entirely from silicone with three to five reinforcement layers depending on inner diameter, so it holds boost pressure and heat far longer than the original rubber part, which typically hardens and cracks with age. It replaces Volvo part numbers 31261370, 9161091, 6842167, 9161092 and 9161093. Matching do88 hose clamp kits are sold separately.
