This hose replaces the rubber fresh air hose that carries filtered air into the turbochargers on the Audi 2.7 BiTurbo V6, a part that goes hard and splits where it runs close to the engine. It is moulded in high quality silicone with three to five reinforcement layers, and an integrated steel wire spiral prevents the wall collapsing under the negative pressure the twin turbos pull on the intake side. Matching hose clamps are sold separately as clamp-kit228.
