Ferrea 7 Degree Radial Steel Valve Locks - 11/32 in Stem, +0.050 in Installed Height

These are radial groove valve locks for 11/32 inch valve stems, cut to a 7 degree taper. The radial groove spreads clamping load around the stem rather than concentrating it on a single bead, which suits high lift and high spring pressure valvetrains. The +0.050 designation is installed height, not an oversize bore: the lock seats the retainer 0.050 inch higher up the stem and raises spring installed height by the same amount, which is how you dial in spring pressure without changing shims. Machined from 4140 chromoly bar stock, heat treated and black oxide finished.
