Ferrea exhaust valve guides for the K20C1 are machined from a copper bronze alloy and given a proprietary heat treatment that improves heat dissipation, heat resistance and lubricity over the factory guide. The alloy runs against both stainless steel and titanium valve stems, which makes it the right base for a built head fitted with aftermarket valves. These are standard size guides supplied as a set of eight, and Ferrea specifies valve seal VS1002 for use with them.
