Garrett G42-1585 G-Series II super core (P/N 938339-5003S), the dual ball bearing center cartridge assembly with compressor cover and backplate, ready to pair with a Garrett turbine housing of your choice. The 79mm Gen 2 compressor aero flows up to 10% more than G-Series Gen I at peak pressure ratio, supporting 475 to 1585 HP across 2.0L to 7.0L engines. A one-piece center housing and backplate cut failure points, and a shorter bearing cartridge runs twin piston rings on both sides of the shaft to reduce oil seal leakage. G-Series II reuses Gen I compressor and turbine housing contours, so existing Gen I builders can carry over their compressor cover.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
