The Garrett GTP38R PowerMax is a ball-bearing turbocharger upgrade for the 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke. Built around Garrett's dual ball-bearing center section to eliminate the thrust failures common under towing and elevated boost, it uses a 66mm GT compressor wheel for 33% more flow and a free-flowing 1.00 A/R housing that can cut exhaust gas temperatures.
