Griot's Garage Car Wash - 1 Gallon pH-Neutral Super-Concentrated Soap

Car Wash is Griot's super-concentrated bucket soap, and the concentration is the headline: one ounce makes two gallons of wash solution, so a single gallon jug covers an enormous number of washes. The formula is pH-neutral, so it lifts dirt without disturbing the protective wax or ceramic coating underneath, and it is blended for high lubricity so grime is floated off the paint and rinsed away instead of being dragged across it. Griot's rates it safe for all finishes, including matte paint and vinyl wraps.

This is the traditional hose-and-bucket wash and it must be diluted before use. Do not confuse it with Spray-On Car Wash (10984), a ready-to-use waterless spray, or Foaming Surface Wash (B3201), the concentrate blended for THE BOSS Foam Cannon. Part number 11103 is the gallon; the same soap is offered as 16 oz pint 11102.

Directions

1. Always wash the vehicle in the shade, out of direct sunlight.
2. Pre-rinse the vehicle to loosen contaminants.
3. Dilute in your bucket: 1 ounce of Car Wash makes 2 gallons of wash solution.
4. Using a quality wash mitt or wash pad, clean from the top down.
5. Rinse your mitt frequently in a second bucket of clean water to release the dirt and debris it has picked up.
6. Do not allow the wash solution to dry on the paint. Re-soap as necessary, then rinse.
