Griot's Garage Foaming Glass Cleaner - 22 oz Ammonia-Free, Tint Safe

Foaming Glass Cleaner is a professional-strength automotive glass cleaner that foams on contact. The foam is the point: it clings to vertical glass instead of running straight down, which increases dwell time and gives the cleaner long enough to dissolve bugs, road grime, smoke film, salt and other bonded contaminants before you wipe.

The formula is dye-free and ammonia-free, which is why Griot's rates it safe on tinted windows - inside glass included. It wipes off to streak-free clarity. Part number 10891 is the 22 oz trigger spray; the same formula is sold by Griot's as gallon 10892.

Directions

1. Work in the shade on cool glass. Griot's recommends saving glass for last - finish all paint care and tire and trim dressing before you clean the windows.
2. Foam the cleaner onto the glass and let it dwell as it loosens the contaminants.
3. Wipe off with a clean microfiber glass towel.
4. Wipe interior glass in one direction (horizontally) and exterior glass in the opposite direction (vertically). If you miss a spot, the direction of the streak tells you which side of the glass it is on.
5. For severe bug residue, pre-treat the windshield with Bug & Smudge Remover before washing.
6. If the glass still does not feel smooth after cleaning, Griot's recommends claying it before cleaning again.
