H&R OE Sport Springs give the F97 X3 M and X3 M Competition a subtle drop that tightens the fender-well gap without upsetting the factory ride. Expect roughly 1.2" of lowering up front and 1.0" at the rear, with a progressive spring rate that trims body roll while keeping everyday comfort. Cold-wound from 54SiCr6 high-strength spring steel and made in Germany, they bolt in over the OE dampers.
