HKS Carbon Front Strut Tower Brace - Honda Civic Type R FL5 2023-2026

The HKS CARBON BRACE ties the left and right front strut towers together with a high strength carbon composite shaft built by GRAPHITE DESIGN, the golf shaft maker, whose layup technology lets the bar balance torsional stiffness against a controlled amount of flex. The shaft terminates in machined aluminum upper plates finished in gunmetal anodize, and the mounting nuts are supplied. HKS specifies a front only installation on this chassis because the front strut towers are where a front wheel drive layout benefits most and no interior trim has to come out. Carbon also absorbs vibration that a rigid steel or aluminum bar would pass into the body, which is how HKS gets sharper steering linearity without the harsher ride a metal brace usually brings.
