The HKS DCT Cooler Kit adds a dedicated fluid cooler to the R35 dual clutch transmission to hold gearbox oil temperature down under sustained track use. The 200 x 220 x 48.5 mm, 15 row core mounts inside the left front fender and is plumbed with AN-10 lines, with a dry carbon duct and air partition directing airflow through it. Because the core occupies the fender space, HKS supplies a replacement washer tank; capacity drops from 1.5 L to 1 L and the factory washer level sensor cannot be fitted. HKS recorded transmission oil temperature holding near 127°C (260°F) in track testing with the kit installed.
