HKS Dry Carbon Fiber Engine Cover - Honda Civic Type R (FK8/FL5) 2017-2025

A direct replacement for the moulded plastic cover that sits over the K20C, made from autoclaved dry carbon rather than a wet layup. HKS builds it by the prepreg method, where the fibre is impregnated with thermosetting resin before curing, so there is no fibre distortion in the finished weave. The result is lighter and stiffer than the factory cover and turns the top of the engine into a finished surface.
