HKS Fine Tune Sport Timing Belt - Honda B16B / B18C 1993-2001

The HKS Fine Tune Sport timing belt is the circuit grade of HKS's reinforced belt line, moulded with highly saturated H-NBR tooth rubber and a nylon fiber tooth fabric that is formed into the die before the rubber is injected, a process that preserves fabric strength and resists tooth shear under high torque. HKS measures roughly 2.3 times the heat resistance, tooth shear load, tooth shear life and cut resistance of the conventional Fine Tune belt. It is a 126 tooth belt in the 126RU26 size, cross referencing OEM 06141-P72-305, with a purple back printed with the HKS code. HKS notes that the higher belt strength and tension can produce drive noise and that the nylon tooth fabric is abrasive toward cam pulleys, so periodic inspection is required.
