HKS Head Stud Pro is a cylinder head stud kit for the RB26DETT machined from ARP Custom Age 625+, a material with roughly 1.3 times the tensile strength of ARP2000 along with better fatigue life and corrosion resistance. The studs use a bottom-out design that carries clamping load deeper into the block threads rather than concentrating it at the top of the bore, which reduces the risk of cracking around the stud holes. HKS validated the kit on drag engines making more than 1200 horsepower, where combustion pressure will lift a head off standard bolts and fail the gasket. It is intended for high output and circuit use, particularly alongside an HKS metal head gasket.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
