HKS Standard Fuel Cut Defender

HKS Standard Fuel Cut Defender (FCD) is an inline electronic device that prevents the factory ECU from cutting fuel when manifold pressure exceeds the stock boost limit. By clamping the boost-pressure signal sent to the ECU, it keeps fuel delivery active on boosted engines running more than stock boost, avoiding the lean spike and hesitation that fuel cut causes. Intended as a supporting piece for modestly raised boost; a standalone fuel/engine management system is recommended for larger increases.
