HKS stopper-type metal head gasket replaces the factory gasket with a stainless multi-layer design that seals high cylinder pressure on built and boosted engines. A separated bore-stopper structure forms a step around each combustion chamber for a high-pressure seal that resists leakage at high output, while the stainless construction pulls heat evenly into the cylinder head. Offered in multiple thicknesses to set the compression ratio for naturally aspirated, turbo or supercharged builds.
