This tailgate mat is cut to the Ridgeline tailgate and finished with a premium carpet like surface that cushions cargo and knees. Underneath, a thick heavy duty polypropylene outer layer is laminated to a lower layer of polypropylene foam, forming a lightweight 3/4 in sandwich that is weatherproof and shrugs off harsh chemicals, from mulch to bleach. The material is 100 percent water resistant polypropylene, so cleanup is a spray with a hose or a pressure washer. It installs in minutes with a few simple tools and no drilling.
