The Injen FM9200i is a TIG welded aluminum bar and plate intercooler built to replace the heat soak prone stock tube and fin unit on the 2.3L EcoBoost. It lowers outlet temperatures by up to 50°F versus stock and produced dyno proven gains of up to 17 hp and 17 lb-ft, while holding pressure drop within 0.5 psi of the factory core. The core measures 21.06 x 5.75 x 5.28 in., bolts into all factory mounting locations with the included hardware, and works with the stock calibration.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
