JE Pistons Forged Piston Set 85.5mm Bore - Ford 2.0L Zetec

This JE Pistons set is forged from 2618 T6 high tensile aluminum for the Ford 2.0L Zetec, machined to an 85.5mm bore with a 1.171 in compression height and a 4.50cc dome. The Forged Side Relief design trims skirt width and pin length to cut friction and reciprocating weight, a skirt coating reduces wear and operating noise against the cylinder wall, and the crown is deburred around the valve pockets to remove stress risers and hot spots. Each set ships complete with 0.787 in straight wall carbon steel wrist pins, wire locks, and JE Pro Seal rings in 1.0 x 1.2 x 2.8mm widths.
