King XP series race main bearing set for the Nissan SR20DE and SR20DET 2.0L DOHC 16-valve engine, turbo included. King describes XP as a tri-metal lead bronze layered material with a nano-scaled hardening process applied to the Babbitt overlay, rated to withstand 10,200 PSI, that overlay is what lets a race bearing tolerate the load spikes and the momentary metal-to-metal contact a boosted SR20 puts through the mains. The set is supplied as King's Race pMaxBlack construction.

This listing is the STDX (StandardX) size. King catalogues STDX as a size in its own right, separate from plain STD, in the same MB5243XP family that also runs to 0.25mm, 0.026in, 0.5mm and 0.025in undersizes. STDX is ordered against a standard-diameter journal, like STD, but is a distinct King size code, it is not an undersize and it is not interchangeable with STD by name alone. King does not publish a numeric wall thickness or clearance figure separating STDX from STD, so we are not quoting one.
