The King MB5227XP0.25 is a tri-metal main bearing set from King's XP pMaxKote race series for the Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G64 6-bolt 1st generation DSM engine used in the Eclipse GST/GSX, Talon TSi and Galant VR-4. It combines a copper based tri-metal structure with a pMaxBlack overlay and pMaxKote coating for high load capacity and seizure resistance. This set is machined +0.25mm oversize, sized for a crankshaft whose main journals have been reground 0.25mm undersize. It includes five main bearings and uses King's Radialock design for optimal crush height.
