The King MB5740XPG.026 is a tri-metal main bearing set from King's pMaxKote race series for the Subaru EJ20, EJ22 and EJ25 boxer engines used across the Impreza WRX, STI, Legacy, Forester and Outback. It uses a copper based tri-metal structure with a pMaxKote coating for wear and seizure resistance. This is an XPG housing bore set machined +.005mm oversize on the outer diameter, intended for blocks whose main housing bores have been opened up or align bored, not a crankshaft journal oversize. It includes five main bearings and uses King's Radialock design for optimal crush height.
