MagnaFlow's California Grade converter is a CARB compliant direct-fit replacement for the 2.5L four cylinder and bolts into the factory location without cutting or welding. A 2.25 in flange inlet feeds a 2.25 in pipe connection outlet across a 23.75 in assembly with a 9.125 in round spun bed, and the 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing is joined with 308 stainless steel MIG welds over a ceramic substrate. There are no oxygen sensor ports, and a flat ring gasket and a Torca AccuSeal clamp are included. Two MagnaFlow converters cover this RAV4 under different CARB certifications, so match the engine family number on the underhood emissions label before ordering.
