MagnaFlow CARB Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter - Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT / GMC Envoy XL 4.2L 2004-2005

This MagnaFlow California Grade converter replaces the factory catalytic converter on the 4.2L inline six with no cutting or welding, and it carries CARB Executive Order D-193-189, which makes it legal to install in California and other CARB states on the listed vehicles. The 63.5 in assembly is built from high-strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing that preserves the OEM flow path, 308 stainless steel MIG welds and a ceramic substrate. It uses a single post-converter oxygen sensor port so the factory sensor layout carries over and the check engine light stays off, and MagnaFlow develops the geometry from 3D scans of the original part. Barbed 410 stainless steel hangers are OE sized, and a gasket and clamp are in the box so no corroded factory hardware has to be reused.
