MagnaFlow CARB Passenger Side Secondary Catalytic Converter - Chrysler 300 / Dodge Magnum 2005-2006

This is the underbody secondary converter on the passenger side of the 3.5L V6, a 52 in assembly with a 3 in flange inlet and a 2.5 in pipe outlet, so it replaces the converter and the pipe it lives on in one piece. The round spun body replicates the OE design and installs with no cutting or welding. The tubing is 16 gauge 409 stainless mandrel bent to hold the OE flow geometry, joined by a single laser fusion weld that leaves fewer seams to leak, with 308 stainless MIG welds and OE-sized barbed 410 stainless hangers to keep noise and vibration down. A single oxygen sensor port sits post converter. It is CARB compliant under Executive Order D-193-186 for legal installation in California and the CARB restricted states. Note that the CARB Executive Order lists this part for all wheel drive applications.
