MagnaFlow CARB Primary Passenger Side Catalytic Converter - Ford F-150 / Expedition 2009-2014

California and the states that follow CARB rules will only pass an aftermarket converter that holds an Executive Order number; this one is covered by EO D-193-197 and is separately certified for New York. It is the bank 1 assembly, the passenger side primary converter, 46.25in overall, with two 2.5in inlet flanges feeding an 11in spun body and a single 3in outlet flange. The upstream and mid-bed oxygen sensor bungs sit in their factory positions so the OBDII catalyst monitor reads normally. Tubing is 16 gauge 409 stainless steel joined with 308 stainless MIG welds and mandrel-bent to keep the OE routing, and the ceramic substrate is sized to reproduce factory flow. Two bolts and hangers are included, and installation is bolt-on with no cutting or welding.
