MagnaFlow's California Grade direct-fit catalytic converter carries CARB Executive Order D-193-176, which is what keeps the check engine light off and the vehicle legal in states following California emissions rules. The body is 16 gauge 409 stainless mandrel bent tubing with a ceramic substrate and 308 stainless MIG welds, 35.25 inches overall, with a flange inlet and one pre-converter oxygen sensor port. A crush ring gasket and a flange gasket are included. This is the downstream bolt-on unit rather than the manifold converter, which MagnaFlow sells separately under part number 49997.
