MagnaFlow 49293 is an OEM Grade, Federal and EPA compliant direct-fit manifold catalytic converter that bolts into the factory location and clears OBDII emissions codes on the 2.5L four-cylinder. As a close coupled manifold unit it combines the exhaust manifold and converter in one piece, using 16-gauge 409 stainless steel construction, 2.75 inch main tubing, and both pre and post converter O2 sensor bungs. A single laser fusion weld and 308 stainless MIG welds seal the housing, and the compact, low mass design speeds catalyst light off for quicker emissions control on cold starts. The kit includes one flange gasket, one donut gasket, an O2 port plug, one bolt, and five nuts, so it installs with no cutting or welding.
