MagnaFlow's OEM Grade spun body converter drops into the factory location and installs with hand tools, no cutting or welding needed. Mandrel-bent 16 gauge 409 stainless tubing carries OE flow geometry, and a single laser fusion weld replaces the multi-pass seams that are the usual leak point on replacement converters. The assembly measures 48.25 in overall with 2.25 in inlet and outlet, and OE-sized barbed 410 stainless hangers damp noise and vibration the way the factory pipe did. Mounting hardware ships in the box, so no corroded factory fasteners need to be reused. It is built to meet or exceed Federal EPA emissions requirements for OBDII vehicles.
