MagnaFlow OEM Grade Federal Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter - Volvo S40 / V50 2.4L 2004-2010

The MagnaFlow 51824 is an OEM Grade Federal/EPA compliant direct-fit catalytic converter for the 2.4L five cylinder, with a spun body flanged at both ends, a 37.75 inch overall length and two sensor ports in midbed and post converter positions. MagnaFlow lists it for SULEV certified vehicles, and the included flat ring and flange gaskets ensure a leak free seal. It is built to Federal/EPA emissions standards for OBDII vehicles and is not legal for sale or use in California, Colorado or New York. Mandrel-bent 16 gauge 409 stainless tubing and 308 stainless MIG welds replicate OEM flow and geometry, and it installs with hand tools, with no cutting or welding.
