This MagnaFlow OEM-grade catalytic converter replaces the rear close-coupled manifold converter on the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3 and Z3 M with the S54 engine. Mandrel-bent stainless construction and laser-cut flanges match OE flow and fit, and it interchanges with OE part numbers 11 62 7 834 674 and 11 62 7 832 064. It meets Federal EPA standards and is not legal in California or other CARB states.
