A performance air-to-water intercooler and pipe kit for the Ford 6.7L Powerstroke that replaces the factory stamped-plate cooler with a bar-and-plate core TIG-welded to cast aluminum end tanks. The 4.48 in thick core flows 22% better than stock on the flow bench, and a stock 6.7L gained about 40 lb-ft of torque on the dyno with no tune required. Mandrel-bent hot and cold side pipes with CNC-machined quick-disconnect couplers and DuraCore silicone boots complete the kit, with a silver powder-coated cooler and polished pipes.

Fitment Notes 6.7L Powerstroke diesel only. Executive Order D-759-4 currently covers model years 2011-2018; 11 lb-ft (15NM) recommended for all constant-tension worm gear clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 11-14 lb-ft (15-20NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 14 lb-ft (20NM)
