Product Information

An intercooler and pipe kit for 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins trucks. The black bar-and-plate core measures 27.36 in by 25.57 in and 2.76 in thick with 3.5 in inlet and outlet, adding core volume while reducing pressure drop for denser charge air and lower EGTs. Mandrel-bent 3.5 in aluminum pipes polished to a mirror finish, DuraCore silicone boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps seal the charge path. Minor trimming of the upper radiator support is required, and a printable trimming template is supplied.

Returns
