The Mishimoto 5.9L Cummins intercooler kit pairs a bar-and-plate intercooler core with cast aluminum end tanks and mandrel-bent, mirror-polished 3.5 in aluminum charge piping to lower air-charge temperatures and EGTs while supporting higher power levels. Added core volume reduces pressure drop for denser intake air and improved engine efficiency. Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore construction and constant-tension T-bolt clamps seal every connection against heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This kit ships with the black core finish.
