The bar-and-plate intercooler adds 77% core volume and 163% fin area on cast aluminum end tanks, while the kit swaps the stock plastic piping for larger-volume aluminum pipes with DuraCore silicone boots and worm-gear clamps. The cold-side pipe has a CNC quick-disconnect (pre-installed O-ring and spring clip) and a bung that can be drilled and tapped for methanol injection or sensors. Lifetime warranty.
