This kit pairs a black bar-and-plate performance intercooler with wrinkle black aluminum charge pipes for the twin-turbo 3.5L EcoBoost F-150 and second-generation Raptor. The intercooler has 77% more internal core volume and 163% more external fin surface area than stock on cast end tanks, lowering intake air temperature by 10°F (5.5°C), and it fits the stock intercooler fans without modification. Larger volume aluminum pipes replace the factory plastic piping with DuraCore silicone boots and constant-tension clamps, and the cold side pipe has a CNC quick-disconnect flange with a pre-installed O-ring plus a port that can be drilled and tapped for methanol injection or sensors.

Fitment Notes 3.5L EcoBoost engine only, including the second-generation Raptor. Fits the stock intercooler fans without modification. 27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).

Does it fit the Raptor?

  • Yes. It fits the 2017-2020 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost, including the second-generation Raptor.

Does it fit the 2.7L EcoBoost?

  • No. It is for the 3.5L EcoBoost only.

Is it street legal in California?

  • CARB Executive Order D-759-6 covers this kit on the 2017-2018 F-150 Raptor 3.5L. The order does not list the other 2017-2020 F-150 3.5L trucks.

What torque should the clamps get?

  • 27 in-lbs (3 Nm), and no more than 35 in-lbs (4 Nm).

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
